Fast delivery:
We understand that our clients are striving to meet the continually increasing demands on response times. Therefore we deliver our products to every address in Spain within one day, in the rest of Europe within 3 days and to the USA and other countries within 5 days.

Technical support:
We offer technical support in IBM, HP, Toshiba, Dell and Cisco products. Partnumber confirmation, parts identification and alternate part recommendations can be supplied from our knowledge and extensive parts databases.
       
Warranty:
All second user parts are supplied with a 90 day warranty for both replacement parts and advance exchange parts. New parts carry the manufacturer's full warranty.

 

Testing:
The majority of second user parts supplied by Computer Supplies are tested using manufacturers diagnostics before being booked into stock or shipped out for orders.

Packaging and re-boxing:
To ensure that we are able to create the right impression with the end user, the vast majority of parts are re-boxed in new plain boxes after testing. Besides that, every box is individually labelled with manufacturer's part number and description.

Blind drop shipping:
We can ship our products directly from our offices to your customer with no details of Computer Supplies on packing lists, boxes etc.

Traceability:
Our own internal systems give us excellent control of the order process. In addition, we can track every order on our databases per customer. This allows us to produce statistics on delivery performance and monitor the service levels we provide.

 

Tracking down components:
We track down components of spare parts and options that are antiquated or need replacement of stocks that are not available in the current market. Through our international channels we can provide them in a period of 24 hours or 7 days maximum.
